We recently retired to Palm Springs from Virginia. We had to have our wills/estate planning updated since gay marriage was not legal in VA when we first had the planning done in 2014. Chris Heritage and his firm took care of everything we needed. Chris went into great detail explaining why he structured our estate the way he did. We were able to do the entire project with two video conferences and a 30 minute meeting in his offices to sign off the documents. The entire process took 3 weeks. It was not easy choosing a lawyer, during a pandemic, after moving to a city where you don’t know anyone to offer recommendations.
